Pineapple Cake

Ingredients:-
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped
walnuts
1 (20 oz) can
crushed pineapple (UN DRAINED)
Frosting:-
1 stick butter
softened
1 (8 oz) softened
cream cheese
2 cups powdered
sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Method:-
Mix
all cake ingredients together.
Pour into a 9 x 12
UNGREASED pan.
Bake at 350 for 45
minutes.
Beat all frosting
ingredients till smooth.
Cool and spread
with cream cheese frosting. |
