HarPalYahan was initially developed and created by Afaq on June 2007. Since then, it's being maintained by me. Basically, the main idea was to have a chat room and a place where me and my friends can chill, and with the passage of time we got so many good responses and requests to have other things as well, so I decided to take it further and by the grace of ALLAH this site was created with all the stuff which can keep us entertained as well as informed .

   HarPalYahan is owned and operated by Myself, Afaq Mazhar (aka Sulaiman Shah , DD), Located in U.A.E. I am currently attending University at Heriot Watt, Dubai Academic City to get a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Basically, this site was made for my friends but as a matter of fact, I am pleased to welcome anyone who visits HPY. I get a great satisfaction knowing that everyone enjoys my site and it makes me work much more harder to make the site even better for you. Expect new features and better things in the near future!

   HarPalYahan is owned and maintained by Afaq Mazhar aka Sulaiman Shah but mostly known as DD. He is a brilliant student and a very obedient son. To go into a little detail about him we can surely say that he is very down to earth, and the best friend that anyone would desire to be with. Basically, this site was made by him (DD) for us (his friends) but as a matter of fact, we are pleased to welcome anyone who visits HPY. He got a great satisfaction knowing that everyone enjoys his site. DD is really a hardworking person who should surely be appreciated because of his hard work which he did for his friends but now it's an advantage for everyone. The most important thing is he did all by himself without any help of others, which no other person would do for the sake of his/her friends. And making this site all alone is a great achievement by itself. We appreciate his work and thank him from the depth of our hearts to make this wonderful place for us. And the most important one is that we thank ALLAH , that HE blessed us with a friend like DD.

   First of all I would like to thank ALLAH, and my parents who supported me always and blessed me with their prayers. I can't use this word "Thanks" for my friends because it's really small infront of my friends, for always being there and what they did for me, giving me a hope, encouraging me when needed and having a strong faith on me.
